  • Ensure the production target (machine wise) in the shift are achieved as per agreed norms/planning. Maintain FIFO status as per compound shelf-life.
  • Prepare the matrix for High Power Belts & Raw Material follow-up.

  • Update competency mapping for staff and skill matrix for workmen as per the standard requirement by designing required framework
  • Analyze training needs for staff and workmen for preparing training calendar
  • Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
  • Design and implement training calendar by assessing training needs for new and existing staff and workmen including mandatory trainings like code of conduct, EMS, QMS and OHSAS
  • Manage training budget, expenses and MIS
  • Manage training implementation by ensuring availability of infrastructure and other arrangements like stationery, hospitality etc.
  • Manage induction training of staff and workmen
  • Maintain training records for staff and workmen
  • Managing Training audits and related documentation
  • Monitoring monthly training KPI and preparing training feedback analysis
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training consultancy
  • Analyze training effectiveness in consultation with department as well as plant heads
  • Provide feedback to program participants and management
